cavelmora™ primarily offers marine-inspired resin tabletop figurines and decorative home accents designed for desks, shelves and other suitable display spaces.

Product colors may appear somewhat different because of photography, lighting, screen settings, display calibration and other reasonable factors. Measurements and weights may also be subject to reasonable production or measurement variation.

Resin decorative products may have minor differences in finish, texture, color tone, surface detail, dimensions, weight or hand-applied decorative details. Such minor variations are not necessarily defects.

Order Submission & Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in that order.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that your order request has been received but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

Payment verification, inventory review, fraud-prevention checks and fulfillment checks may be required before an order is accepted or dispatched.

We may reasonably refuse, limit or cancel an order because of:

• Payment failure or unsuccessful verification.
• Suspected unauthorized, fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Unavailable inventory.
• An obvious or material pricing or product-information error.
• Legal or shipping restrictions.
• An inability to fulfill or deliver the order.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices, Taxes & Payment

Prices on cavelmora.com are generally displayed in U.S. dollars (USD), unless another currency is clearly shown.

Before payment is submitted, checkout displays the applicable product prices, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, discounts and final order total.

By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable transaction.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation and any necessary order verification.

During holidays, promotional events or unusually busy periods, processing may require up to 5 business days.

For standard shipping to supported United States destinations, estimated carrier transit time is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Shipping options and applicable charges are displayed during checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to our applicable return requirements.

After an approved return has been received, inspected and approved, we will initiate the eligible refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

No restocking fee is charged for an approved return.

Responsibility for return shipping and treatment of original shipping charges depends on the reason for the return.

Damaged, Defective, Incomplete or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect or materially different from its product description, please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Please include your order number together with relevant photographs or videos showing the product, reported issue, packaging and shipping label where appropriate.

After a problem attributable to us has been reviewed and confirmed, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, reshipment, return or other reasonable solution without requiring you to bear additional costs caused by that error.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Change or cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after an order is placed.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment begins, but a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing, fulfillment, packaging, shipment preparation or dispatch has started.

No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to expiration dates, eligibility requirements, minimum purchase amounts, product exclusions, availability, usage limits or other conditions presented with the applicable offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional discounts cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be combined with other offers.

Product Use & Safety

Products must be used lawfully and in accordance with applicable product descriptions, care information, specifications and safety instructions.

cavelmora™ resin figurines and decorative pieces are primarily sold as decorative or display objects.

They are not medical devices, medical treatments or health products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition.

Resin decorative products may be breakable or include delicate finishes, sculpted details or small decorative components.

Handle products carefully and display them on stable surfaces. Where a product contains small or breakable components, keep it away from young children and pets and away from the edges of elevated furniture.

Bulk Purchases & Resale

Customers interested in unusually large orders, wholesale purchasing or commercial resale should contact us before placing an order so availability and applicable terms can be confirmed.

Purchasing cavelmora™ products for resale does not authorize any person or business to represent itself as an official cavelmora™ distributor, agent, representative, partner or authorized retailer without our prior written permission.

The cavelmora™ name, branding, website design, graphics, photographs, product presentation, text, original design concepts and other original store content are owned by or licensed to the store operator and are protected to the extent provided by applicable law.
